Whitney Commons is the perfect location for any public or private event, including weddings, birthday parties, reunions, friend and family gatherings, company picnics, and fundraising events.

Before submitting your request, please take a moment to review the calendar below for available dates and times.

To help everything run smoothly, keep these quick guidelines in mind:
– Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis
– Please submit your request at least 10 days in advance
– Private events are limited to 4 hours (including setup and cleanup)
– Be sure to include enough time for setup and cleanup within your reservation.

Please remember: Grill / BBQ use at Whitney Commons is restricted!
Grills may not be brought into or used in Whitney Commons without prior approval.
If you plan to bring any type of grill or serve food at your gathering, please share your plans with us in the reservation form.
